I have lived in the UK, Italy and Turkey and travel extensively for both work and pleasure. I understand and embrace the challenges of living in another country, and I love to see the world from its many different viewpoints.

With experience both as an employer and employee, I have worked with business leaders and first-time start-ups from SMEs and large multinationals, enjoying the variety of perspectives they bring.

I am a qualified coach through Animas Centre for Coaching, whose Diploma is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I also hold a certificate in Group Coaching & Facilitation, again ICF accredited.
I work with an ICF mentor to ensure my practice is under regular review and I engage in regular professional development.
